With 360° risk management and risk safety at top of mind we dedicate account managers, trainers, remote desktop support personnel, intelligence analysts and investigators to make sure that every aspect of your employment screening process is thorough and efficient. When we are involved on a day-to-day basis we can react quickly and effectively to address other employment related concerns such as employee misconduct, misuse of electronic devices, and hostile termination security issues.

Police/Fire Candidates

A thorough background investigation of new candidates is arguable one of the most important components of police screening. You want to find honesty and integrity in every recruit. Being sworn law enforcement officers ourselves we understand this. We use a powerful methodology combining experienced investigators and proprietary information systems to conduct an intelligence led investigation and screen your candidate in ways that no other agency can. Outsourcing the screening process to an unbiased, third-party reduces liability to your agency provides transparency, reduces overall costs, and produces high-quality and timely results. This allows police detectives to focus their attention and departmental resources on direct service to the community.

School Residency Verification

During registration, some people may not have the required documents such as utility bills and leases which tie the family to an address within the district's boundaries while some others just don't seem genuine. We do our best to approve them then and there by verifying information through review of their provided documents and corroboration through a digital footprint. If we are not comfortable with the information provided, the file is referred to our field investigators for a home visit to validate the residency or deny it if applicable.
